§ 01 · Standard outdoor format

9 oz vinyl · Pole-pocket finished

The standard outdoor billboard format - 9 oz scrim vinyl printed full color, finished with welded pole pockets or grommets per the structure owner's spec, and shipped folded for crew install. Standard sizes follow the OAAA bulletin (14×48 ft) and 30-sheet (12×24 ft) conventions, but we cut to any structure's posted dimensions.

Substrate

9 oz billboard scrim vinyl - lightweight for crew install.

Print method

UV-curable inkjet, color profiled for the substrate.

What to send us for a billboard job

Vector preferred - AI, EPS, or PDF/X with all fonts outlined.
Raster minimum - 25–50 DPI at finished size for highway billboards (viewed from 100+ ft). Don't oversize the file - that just slows our RIP without improving final quality.
Bleed - 6 in around all edges (covers pole-pocket fold, grommet patches, and structure trim).
Safe zone - keep critical text 12 in inside the bleed line. Some structures have visible trim that masks the perimeter.
Structure dimensions - give us the face dimensions (visible area) plus pole-pocket / grommet spec from the structure owner.
Posting calendar - installs are typically scheduled in advance. Tell us the post date and we'll work backward.
