Who we are

PSP Imaging is a large-format print shop located at 18075 W Little York Rd, Suite D, Katy, TX 77449. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and how we use it. If you have any questions, call us at 713-240-6473 or email info@pspimaging.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create a customer account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), zip code, and a password. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to our staff.
• Order and quote details. When you request a quote, submit artwork, or place an order, we collect the project information you provide, such as product type, dimensions, materials, quantities, and any files you upload.
• Contact messages. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and never touches our servers. We keep only a record of the transaction (amount, date, and Stripe reference).

How we use your information

• To produce and deliver the work you order.
• To respond to your quote requests and messages.
• To send order-related email, such as confirmations, proofs for approval, payment links, and status updates.
• To pre-fill our forms when you are signed in, so you do not have to retype your details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website and business. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Google (Gmail) delivers our order-related email.
• Railway hosts our order-management system and stores submitted files.
• GitHub Pages serves this website.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you create an account and sign in, your browser stores a sign-in token locally so you stay signed in on your device. Signing out removes it.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records and uploaded artwork for as long as needed to serve you, including reprints and warranty questions. If you would like your account or files deleted, contact us at info@pspimaging.com and we will remove them.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS, account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, and access to customer records is restricted to PSP Imaging staff.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
